I hold deep respect for our natural abilities to survive and believe that at our core we are whole and healthy. I am drawn to patterns and systems as a way of understanding both our inner and outer experiences.
As we go through life, parts of ourselves may have become lost or injured and still we learn to keep going in our environments. Sometimes the way we learned to protect ourselves stops being useful and gets in the way of our having what we really want.
Making sense of the discomforts that arise can be uncomfortable. Making new connections with the parts and habits within ourselves, our relationships, and throughout our lives can be difficult to do on our own, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, confused, immobilized, and sometimes depressed and/or anxious.
Therapy offers an environment where we can partner together to process and understand the impact of significant life events and relationships so you can make way to meaningful changes. I will support you as you move toward your deepest hopes and what matters to you. With new perspectives, tools, and experiences, obstacles can move aside and change can happen.
